El living lab InteligenciaColectiva.CO responde al escenario de creación de una supra-estructura conformada por iniciativas sociales, ejecutada y pensada por personas, con un modelo de RECONOCIMIENTO y RECOMPENSA que sustente y avive la actividad de individuos y colectivos innovadores. Que le provea redes de apoyo tangibles a la actividad de estas personas, y que pueda estar al tanto de toda la dinámica, como instrumento para caracterizar continuamente sus elementos constitutivos y sus principales “drivers”; disciplina que pretendemos traiga como consecuencia, la respuesta a múltiples problemas que aquejan el diseño de la política pública en pro del emprendimiento y la innovación.

Virtual: A través de los entornos virtuales (inteligenciacolectiva.co) se garantiza el registro de ideas, conversaciones, discusiones y la construcción colectiva de iniciativas (diagnóstico de problemas y/o posibles soluciones). Presencial: En la interacción presencial se enfocan en compartir libremente ideas e iniciativas, consolidar relaciones personales que fortalezcan la confianza entre los participantes y sea potencial para la formulación de nuevos proyectos y soluciones a problemáticas sociales. Metodología de participación por roles: Sin importar el grado de conocimiento, edad, género, todo individuo y/o institución ejerce un rol en inteligenciacolectiva.CO, estos individuos y/o instituciones y contarán con las herramientas para ejercer el rol específico.

Considering the research processes that have been asking about the Genesis of ideas and its process to become self-sustaining projects, this project allows to create a superstructure composed by social initiatives, implemented and designed by people, with patterns of Recognition and Rewards that supports and encourage the activity of innovative individuals and groups. This will provide supporting networks for these people’s activities that can also be informed about the whole process as an instrument to characterize continuously its consecutive elements and main “drivers”. I expect this discipline brings the answer to multiple problems that affects the public politics in favor of both entrepreneurship and innovation.
System Operation Principles: The production unit is the initiative. All components of the initiative should be measured. Every component must have a registration methodology. All records must be part of a system. Information flows between systems should be automatic. All information systems should be completed in an object of knowledge.
